You must possess high resilience to handle customer demands while maintaining absolute precision in inventory management using our digital systems. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and can leverage their computer fluency to optimize store workflows and data entry.

We are seeking an AI-optimist designer who excels at combining traditional graphic design with advanced motion graphics and generative AI tools. You will be the steward of the Books Mandala visual brand, creating everything from cinematic ad campaigns to unique digital illustrations. This role requires a professional who embraces AI tools such as Midjourney, Photoshop AI, and AI video tools to augment creative output, enabling higher-volume and higher-quality visual storytelling.

This role moves beyond simple content creation to become a knowledgeable and articulate voice for Books Mandala. You will be responsible for researching literary trends, scripting high-value educational content, and engaging with our Community. We are looking for a high-agency individual who actively identifies what our audience cares about and turns those insights into compelling video and written media.
